I’m Jack. I have over ten years’ experience across social work practice and management, policing, and LADO work. I provide specialist safeguarding support on allegations, organisational grooming, and high‑risk case management for schools, trusts, charities, sports organisations, and residential settings.
Services Provided
I provide specialist safeguarding consultancy to settings where adults work with children in positions of trust. My work supports organisations to strengthen their safeguarding approach, improve decision making, and respond safely and ethically to concerns.
I complement, not replace HR, the LADO, social care, the police, or other statutory processes. My role is to help organisations navigate uncertainty and embed safer culture.
